WORCESTER, MA : The Anna Maria College women's basketball team lost 69-38 to host Clark University in the consolation game of the 2021 Worcester City Basketball Championship on Saturday afternoon in Worcester.

HOW IT HAPPENED:
- Anna Maria freshman forward Marinique Reddin (Tampa, FL) was named to the All-Tournament team for her play on Friday and Saturday. Reddin scored nine points with two rebounds and two steals against the Cougars.
- Anna Maria senior guard Mariah Carey (Worcester, MA) led the AMCATS on Saturday with 12 points, all of those coming off three-pointers.
- Clark graduate student Hannah Favaloro was named to the All-Tournament Team after averaging 16.5 points and 11.0 rebounds over the two games. Favaloro recorded her first double-double of the season against the AMCATS with 17 points and 13 rebounds.

Anna Maria will be back on the court on Tuesday evening when they host Lesley University in a 6:00 p.m. game.
