The visitors responded with two made free throws by Jessica Nelson and a lay-up by Kristen Lindgren to take a 27-22 lead at halftime.

Early in second half, Robidoux converted a three-point play as part of a 9-0 run by the Bison, giving NC a 16-point lead.

Nichols was in complete control the rest of the way, en-route to the 70-52 victory.

Missed free-throws and turnovers proved to be costly for Anna Maria, as the Bison outshot the AMCATS 83%-59% from the charity stripe, while outscoring them 30-14 in points off turnovers.

Both teams continue TCCC play next Thursday, as the Bison travel Gordon for a 12:00 pm start and the AMCATS take to the road against Wentworth at 1:00 pm.
