Men's Hockey Held Scoreless against Amherst

PAXTON, Mass: The Final from Amherst Massachusetts was 2-0 in favor of Amherst College over the Anna Maria Men's Ice Hockey Team this afternoon.

 

The Mammoths (8-5-2) had a big second period where they were able to score both of their goals. The first came from Stanley Brenner, with Matteo Mangiardi and Noah Gilreath on the assists. The final goal in the contest came from P.J. Conlon with Steven Mallory and another for Gilreath.

 

The AMCATS (4-15-4) got 18 shot off on net throughout the contest, Sam Cyr-Ledoux (Montreal, QC) led the team with 5 shots on net. Goalie Julius Huset (Oakdale, MN) was able to keep the Cat's in the game as he only allowed the two goals and accumulated 51 saves.
