PAXTON, Mass: Tonight's contest ended in a 4-4 tie between the Anna Maria Men's Hockey team and the Mustangs of Morrisville in non-conference play at Horagan Arena.
The Mustangs (2-7-1) capitalized on three of their seven Power Play opportunities with two coming in the third period. Morrisville put three into the net in the third to come back from being down 4-1 to push the game into Overtime. Ian Wood the main beneficiary in the third as he was able to find the net twice on both Power Play Opportunities. Nick DeVito was able to tie the contest up with just 2 minutes remaining in a shorthanded goal of a pass from CJ Stubbs.
Anna Maria (2-5-3) scored four consecutive goals with two in the first and two in the second period. Jack Sitzman () was able to net two pucks in the contest. Jackson Dobek () and David Tmej () scored the other two goals as they finished with one apiece.
