Men's Hockey Comes Up Short to Conn. College

PAXTON, Mass: The Anna Maria Men's Hockey team fell to Connecticut College this evening in non-conference play 4-1 in Auburn at the Horagan Arena.

 

The Camels (1-3) get their first win on the season as they were led by Colin McCabe who had one goal and added two assists to his line. Kyle Moss, Matt Creamer, and Anthony Quatieri all added one goal of their own in the contest.

 

The AMCATS (2-5-2) took a total of 36 shots in the contest but were only able to get one past the goaltender. Peter Dziegas (Fayetteville, NY) was the loan scorer for Anna Maria, with the goal coming 10 minutes into the first period. Aleksander Makarov (Indian Trail, NC) and Jack Sitzman (Redondo Beach, CA) were both credited with the assist on the goal.
