PAXTON, Mass: The Anna Maria Men's Basketball Team fell to Nichols College this afternoon 92-66, while in non-conference action in Dudley Massachusetts.
The Bison (8-0) continue to be undefeated this season with Marcos Echevarria leading the way. Echevarria finished with 24 points, 7 assists, and 6 rebounds against the AMCATS. Nate Tenaglia was just short of him with 19 points, 4 steals, and 4 assists. Jerome Cunningham had the team high in rebound for this contest with 14.
Anna Maria (2-6) struggled from behind the 3-point line, going 4-18 (22.2%) on the day. Mike Rapoza (Charlton, Mass.) finished with an even 15 points and 15 rebounds, giving him a game high in boards and a team high in points. Bobby Perette (Marshfield, Mass.) finished shooting 50% from the floor to end with 9 points and 2 rebounds.
