PAXTON, Mass: The Anna Maria Volleyball team fell to the Falcons of Albertus Magnus in conference play 3-0, with set scores of 25-14, 25-13, and 25-14 in the Fuller Center.
The Falcons (10-9, 2-6 GNAC) were led by Genesis Cora Luquis who put down ten attack attempts for points. Ashley David and Summer Onorato ended the match tied for second in kills with eight apiece. Albertus Magnus Jaiden Williams led all players with thirty assists throughout the contest.
The AMCATS (3-17, 0-7 GNAC) were led by senior Sarah Lathrop (Waterford, Conn.) who tallied four kills in the match. Megan Drew (Upton, Mass.) finished the contest with four assists for the AMCATS.
Albertus will be back on the court this Saturday at 11 Am at home against Regis College.
Anna Maria will be back in action Thursday at home at 7:00 PM against Fisher College.
