PAXTON, Mass: The Anna Maria Women's Lacrosse Team fell this evening in conference action to Regis College 16-2 on AMCAT Field.
Records: Regis 8-1, 6-0 GNAC. Anna Maria 0-9, 0-7 GNAC.
The Pride had four players achieve a hat trick this evening as they displayed great patience and ball movement. Jordyn Riguette had five total points giving her a game high, with three goals and two assists. Kerri Anselmo had four with her three goals and one assist. Emily Kosak and Alyssa Kelly both finished with three points with their three goals.
The AMCATS had their two highest scorers find the back of the net first with Ashley Rufo (Pittsfield, Mass.) who had two points tonight, on her one goal and assist. Bryce McDonald (Dracut, Mass.) was able to finish off of the Rufo pass to net her third goal of the season.
Goalies
Brittany McPherson will get her eighth win of the season putting her at 8-1, she had two saves today with two goals allowed.
Emma Walsh will fall to 0-8 on the season after today's contest where she made fourteen saves and allowed sixteen goals.
