AUBURN, MA: The Anna Maria College women's ice hockey team lost 4-0 to visiting Western New England University on Saturday evening at Horgan Rink in Auburn, Massachusetts.

HOW IT HAPPENED:
- Anna Maria junior goalkeeper Sam Dahill (Littleton, MA) tallied 35 saves between the pipes for the AMCATS in a strong effort.
- WNE sophomore forward Abby Hay (Plattsburgh, NY) continued to be a bane to Anna Maria, scoring two goals, both off power plays.
- WNE sophomore defender Kelly Yorkey (Pittsford, NY) finished with a goal and an assist.
- WNE Sydney Conte (Reading, MA) scored the first goal of the game for the eventual game-winner, assisted by sophomore defender Natalie Parker (Slingerlands, NY) who finished with a pair of assists.
UP NEXT:
Anna Maria will be back on the ice on Saturday, November 6, when they host Plymouth State University at the New England Sports Center in Marlborough for a 3:00 p.m. game.
