PAXTON, Mass: The Anna Maria Women's Basketball Team secured the win this afternoon against Northern Vermont University-Johnson 89-51 in non-conference action.
The Badgers (2-11) Mariah Ramos ended with a team high 12 points, as well as a team high 6 rebounds. Also for Johnson, Kaitlyn Brouard finished with a team high 4 assists to go along with her 5 rebounds and 6 points.
The AMCATS (3-10) had five played end the game in double digits, starting with Sierra Johnson (Brockton, Mass.) who had a game high 20 points, along with 3 steals, 3 assists, and 5 rebounds. Her sister Sienna Johnson (Brockton, Mass.) ended with 17 points, 3 assists, and 7 rebounds. The Cats' also had a new comer on the floor this afternoon in Amber Wilson (New York, NY) who in her debut put up 15 points, 2 steals, 3 assists, and 5 rebounds. Fanny Hammond (Worcester, Mass.) topped today's game in assists, as she was credited with 7.
