Women's Basketball Takes Down Lesley

PAXTON, Mass: 85-70 was today's final from the Fuller Center as the Anna Maria College Women's Basketball Team defeated Lesley University in non-conference action this afternoon.  

The Lynx (0-9) were led by Dakota Jones who finished the game with a double-double, scoring 21 points and pulling down 16 rebounds. Abby Anderson was also a top performer as she finished with a game high 26 points.

The AMCATS (2-9) displayed great ball movement as they were able to tally 20 assists for the game. Sierra Johnson (Brockton, Mass.) ended with a team high 18 points. Johanna Burke (Oxford, Mass.) finished right behind her with 16 points, 8 rebounds, and 4 steals.
