Anna Maria Drops Two At Emmanuel

- BOSTON, MA: The Anna Maria College softball team lost both games of their Saturday double-header at Emmanuel College with scores of 8-0 and 7-0.

 THE BASICS:

- Records: Saints of Emmanuel (11-3, 4-0 GNAC), AMCATS of Anna Maria (3-13, 0-8 GNAC)

HOW IT HAPPENED:

-  The first game saw the AMCATS no-hit for the first time since April 22, 2018, with the also being a conference loss to the Saints. Anna Maria junior pitcher Sabrina Liston (Rehoboth, MA) struck out four Saints in four and two-thirds innings.

- The second game saw junior Shay Savoie (Namao, AB), sophomore Kaitlyn Snyder (Cromwell, CT) and senior Michelle Cilley (Dracut, MA) all record hits while Snyder struck out three Saints on the day.

- Anna Maria returns to action on Sunday when they travel to the University of Saint Joseph for a 3:00 p.m. double-header.
