Cilley Receives All-Conference Honors

PAXTON, Mass: The Anna Maria Softball Team had one player find themselves onto the All-Conference Team for the Great Northeast Athletic Conference this season.

Making Third Team as a utility for splitting time at second base and behind the plate is Michelle Cilley (Dracut, Mass.). The freshmen finished the year with an impressive .358 AVG/.435 OBP/.457 SLG slash line that also includes a homerun and eight RBI’s.

Defensively Cilley had six runners caught stealing while behind the dish. In the 29 games she had 109 total chances and accumulated 49 putouts with 48 assists and one double play.  

The AMCATS will look to continue building their program and improve on their successes this season.
