Men’s Soccer Sunk At Norwich

NORTHFIELD, VT : The Anna Maria College men's soccer team lost 8-1 at Norwich University in Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) action on Wednesday evening in Northfield, Vermont.

HOW IT HAPPENED:

• Anna Maria junior goalkeeper Kyle Sherman (Mount Laurel, NJ) tallied five saves in the first half for the AMCATS while freshman goalkeeper David Flores (San Antonio, TX) finished with four in the second.
• Anna Maria freshman midfielder Rubelsi Moran (Holden, MA) scored his team-leading seventh goal of the season in the 39^th minute off an unassisted shot.
• Norwich's Joseph Thongsythavong had a hat trick for the Cadets, while Alex Brannan, Amerle Nemeye, Hunter Lortie, Kam Jorgenson also scored.
