Casey Named to GNAC All-Conference Third Team

WINTHROP, Mass.—Junior Derrick Casey (Worcester, Mass.) has been named to the All-Conference Third Team, as announced by the league office on Monday.

 

This is Casey's third season being named to the Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) All-Conference Third Team as he was also named this as a freshman and a sophomore. As a midfielder, Casey had a total of eight points this season from three goals and two assists. He notched the game winner in the AMCATS 3-2 victory over Lasell and added an assist in the 3-1 win at Becker College.

 

Casey also added to the AMCAT defense as they allowed 9.3 shots per game and one goal per game. He appeared and started in 14 total games this season.
