Armstead Scores 20 but Men’s Basketball Comes Up Short
WILLIMANTIC, CT: The Anna Maria College men's basketball team traveled to face off with Eastern Connecticut State University in the ECSU Tip-Off Tournament opener at the Geissler Gymnasium on Friday evening.

HIGHLIGHTS
- Gabe Armstead's (Dallas, GA) 20 points paced the AMCATS who had four players score in double digits.
- Graduate student guard Kennedy Minix-Rogers (Smyrna, GA) had 10 assists and nine points to go with three steals and three rebounds.
- Sophomore guard Sean Zabari (Miami, FL) added 16 points and tied with sophomore forward Jayden Dickerson (Springfield, MA) for a team-high seven rebounds.
- Dickerson also contributed 10 points and had two blocks in 29 minutes.
