Bio

Richard Conrad enters the 2023 season in his fourth year with the Anna Maria College football team as the offensive line coach, and his second as the recruiting coordinator and offensive run game coordinator. Conrad also serves as the director of football operations.

Conrad came to Anna Maria after serving as the co-offensive coordinator and offensive line coach at Mansfield University in Pennsylvania for the past two years. Conrad helped lead Mansfield to their first winning season in 2018 since 2003. Conrad also held the role of video coordinator and social media coordinator at Mansfield University.

Prior to Mansfield, Conrad was a student assistant football coach at Division II Northwood University in Midland, Michigan. At Northwood, he was responsible for running drills, breaking down opposing defenses, recruiting, and planning practice sessions.

Conrad has been involved with football camps at Northwood and at Mansfield along with several prominent Division I programs including Notre Dame, Bowling Green, Eastern Michigan, and Western Michigan.

He earned a Bachelor's degree in Science with a concentration in Business Administration from Northwood University in May of 2017. He earned his Master's Degree in Public Administration from Anna Maria College in August of 2022.
