INDIANAPOLIS—Two Anna Maria College seniors are among more than 200 student-athletes nationwide who have been invited to attend the NCAA Career in Sports Forum. A committee from within the NCAA membership selected Kevin Grey (Middleborough, Mass.) of the AMCAT football team and Brittany Jackson (Larchmont, N.Y.), a volleyball and softball player, to attend this year’s event from June 2-5 at the NCAA headquarters in Indianapolis.

This year, senior football player Kevin Grey (Marlborough, Mass.) will be in attendance at the convention in San Antonio, Texas, representing the Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) and the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) for both Anna Maria and the GNAC.

WASHINGTON, D.C.—The Anna Maria College football team scored 19 points in the fourth quarter to take a 24-20 come-from-behind win against the Gallaudet University Bison in Eastern Collegiate Football Conference (ECFC) action on Saturday. With the win, the AMCATS snap a 20-game winless streak and improve to 1-8 overall and 1-5 in ECFC play, while Gallaudet remains winless at 0-8 overall and 0-6 in league action.
